spotme.pics is an AI-powered photo gallery platform designed for wedding photographers. The Service allows photographers to upload event photos and enables guests to find their photos using facial recognition technology.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a photographer account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Content & Photos

• You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload
• You grant spotme.pics a limited license to process, store, and display your photos for the purpose of providing the Service
• You represent that you have the right to upload and share the photos
• You must have consent from individuals whose photos you upload
• You must not upload illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without permission

5. Guest Usage

Guests access the Service through shared event links. By using the face scan feature, guests consent to having their selfie processed by AI for the purpose of finding matching photos.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, spotme.pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or photos.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
